Registration

 

How can I Sign Up?

  • Once you log onto our website
  • Click on Join Now.
  • Complete short online form (personal details, contact details & payment details etc.)
  • Create a password.
  • Once completed successfully a welcome email will be sent to you.

 

I have registered but cannot log in, what must I do?

Once completing the signup registration form, please email your FICA documents (Copy of ID and a Utility bill or Bank Statement no older than 3 Months) to support@grandplay.com. We cannot activate accounts for betting without FICA documentation as this step is required by law.

 

Still doesn’t want to let me log in?

If you enter the wrong password 3 times in a row the account will automatically lock itself. you can retrieve forgotten passwords  by clicking HERE , If you have forgotten your username send us an Email  and we will reset you password and username..

 

Deposits

 

How can I make a deposit?

Deposit options are EFT, Cheque Cards and  Credit Card. Login to your account click DEPOSIT and follow the Prompts. Before a credit card can be used to make a deposit into a betting account, you will need to send us a clear copy of the front of the relevant credit card. As it must be verified by our auditors this has, unfortunately, become necessary due to escalating fraud.  Only Proof of Payment we can Accept is a certified Email directly from the bank, GrandPlay advices it's client to add Support@grandplay.co.za to its Senders List when doing EFT. 

 

How long does a deposit take?

Deposits are credited to accounts within different time frames and are dependent on the Deposit method. Cheque Cards and Credit cards transactions are done instantly once authorization takes place. If you deposit via EFT you need to notify us by sending an email or payment notification to support@grandplay.co.za the payment will only be credited to your betting account once it reflects in our Bank Account. This can also take upto 48 hours if depositing from a bank thats not one of those listed below. ATM Cash Deposits can take upto 24hrs to reflect and will only be credited to accounts once money reflects.

Withdrawals

 

How do I withdraw?

  • Log into your account.
  • Click on “My Account” on the top left hand side of your home page.
  • Click on “Withdraw Funds”.
  • Fill out the information needed and submit your withdrawal request.

PLEASE NOTE: THAT FOR THE PROTECTION OF BOTH OUR CLIENTS AND GRANDPLAY. ALL WITHDRAWALS ARE PROCESSED VIA THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD THAT THE MONEY WAS DEPOSITED. THEREFORE, WHEN REQUESTING A WITHDRAWAL, YOUR REQUEST WILL NEED TO EITHER BE ACCOMPANIED BY A BANK STATEMENT OR FRONT COPY OF YOUR CREDIT CARD, DEPENDING ON YOUR METHOD OF DEPOSIT, AS PER THE AFOREMENTIONED

 

How long does it take to process a withdrawal?

Withdrawals can take up to three to four business days to reflect in your account. These are standard banking times if you Bank with one of the 4 Major banks. Should funds not reach your account by the 3rd business day, please send an email to support with all the information relating to the withdrawal request. Any withdrawal done out of operation hours and over a public holiday/weekend will only be processed the following business day.

 

Why can't I withdraw my entire Balance?

If you are attempting to withdraw your full balance but are unable to do so then please ensure that the withdrawal amount meets minimum withdrawal requirements and that the funds available are not subject to threshold requirements based on a promo or bonus received.

 

Betting

 

How do I take a bet?

To take a bet, just click on your desired selection (the price will be shown in a box) and it will be added to your bet slip on the top right hand side of the page. Next step is to select your stake and then hit the “Place Bet” option at the bottom of the betting slip.

 

What’s a multiple bet and how do I place one?

You can combine a number of selections from different markets into one bet. e.g. Manchester United to be the first team to score in their first game of the EPL season + Arsenal to draw their first game in the EPL  + Correct Score for Chelsea FC to finish their first EPL game with the score 2:1. If all these bets turn out to be correct then you win the multiple. If not then you lose the entire bet. It’s just like placing a regular bet. Add all your desired selections to the betslip and then put your stake in the relevant row on the betslip. Double, Treble, Fourfold etc...

 

What is a Related Bets

No related bets, (where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes or determines another part of the bet), will be accepted.  If a related bet is accepted, the stake of the single bet will be divided and applied and paid equally over the respective events in the bet.  GrandPlay, in its sole discretion, shall determine if a bet is a related bet, and GrandPlay’s decision in that regard shall be final and binding.  (As per Rule 5, Page 6 of the WCGRB Bookmaker Operational Ruling) 

Example: Manchester United to win in 90 minutes (price even money 1/1) AND Manchester United to win with exact score of 2-0 (price 7/1) will erroneously return a multiple price of 15/1.  A bet of 1500/100 will be corrected to two bets, namely R50 on Manchester United  to win in 90 minutes (price 1/1 bet would be 50/50) and a bet of R50 for Manchester United to win with exact score 2-0 (350/50).

Can I cancel a bet?

Bets cannot be cancelled after they are placed even if a bet was placed in error. Please make sure you check your selections before clicking the “Place Bet” button.

 

What is an In play bet?
This is a bet that can be placed once a match is being played. The prices will change according to the way the game is going.

Promotions and Bonuses

 

 

What is “turnover minimum”?

Any bonus amount you receive from us must be turned over a specific amount of times, and often at a “minimum price” (see explanation below) before you can withdraw anything. For example, if we give you R100 bonus and say that you must turn it over 5 times, it means that you must place bets at the total value of R500 before the turnover minimum has been reached.

 

What is “minimum price”?

Price is another word for odds. With bonuses sometimes we require that you place the bonus at a minimum price of 5/10 before you can withdraw. That means that if you place that money at odds less than 5/10, it won’t count towards your “turnover minimum”.

 

How do I get a bonus?

Ordinarily, we contact our FICA'd Clients (via email) with different promotions offering them a specific bonus.
